Batjdb Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

📋 1. Introduction & Acceptance

• Keeping your account password confidential is your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

Account Security

If you suspect any unauthorized activity on your account, contact our support team immediately. batjdb offers two-factor authentication (2FA), and we strongly recommend keeping it enabled.

The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets on batjdb. Any violation may result in bet cancellation and/or account suspension.

Bet Acceptance

• All bets are considered final once confirmation is received.
• Batjdb reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change; the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are the ones that apply.
• Sports bets cannot be changed or cancelled once a match has started.

Betting Limits

Batjdb sets minimum and maximum bet limits for each event and user. These limits may vary depending on the event type and account tier. Current limits are displayed next to the relevant event on the platform.

Event Cancellation & Settlement

If an event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded to the user's account. For partially completed events, batjdb's decision will be considered final.

Batjdb supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted channels.

Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum limit is determined by your account tier.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please allow up to 24 hours.
• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your name.
• Deposits from third parties are not accepted and may be forfeited.

Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 2–6 hours.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Batjdb reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC verification is completed.
• If fraud is suspected, withdrawals will be put on hold pending investigation.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus balance can be withdrawn.

• A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to qualify for the bonus.
• To withdraw your bonus, you must wager a total of 10x the combined value of your deposit and bonus.
• The welcome bonus is available once only and applies to one account per person.

Ongoing Promotions

• Daily cashback, reload bonuses, and the referral program each have their own terms and conditions.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly permitted.
• Batjdb reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same individual.
• Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit the bonus system for unfair advantage.
• Match Fixing: Participating in any activity that could influence the outcome of a match.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Bots or Automation: Using automated software to place bets or manage your account.
• Hacking Attempts: Any attempt to breach the security of the system.
• Using Another Person's Account: Accessing or using another person's account.

• Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Option to set a daily betting limit.

• Permanent Self-Exclusion — once applied, it remains in effect for a minimum of 1 year.

❌ 9. Account Closure & Suspension

Batjdb may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

Users may also request to close their own account. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before closure, unless the account is being closed due to fraud.
